The race of life
We often hurry. We put off what truly matters as we attend to urgent things, trying to get everything done.
But what does the Bible say about this?
“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”
Mark 8:36 · King James Version
“Be still, and know that I am God…”
Psalm 46:10 · King James Version
Daily relationship with Him
We often turn to God in difficult circumstances, on holidays, or when we need protection.
But when we open the Bible, we see that the Lord calls us to a very different kind of relationship: daily, close, and alive, like that of children with their loving father. Studying the Word is an essential part of our everyday lives.
The Word that gives life
The Bible is our guide for life. It warns us about dangers and shows us a safe path.
Pause
Pause. Take time to think. Reconsider your life. Let God make the changes you need.
